This is a simple utility to add "portable" or "stand-alone" applications to specified directory location. - All this does is copy the selected EXE to the specified area, and allows the user to create a desktop shortcut.
Why? - Because portable applications may not need installed, but they need to live somewhere, and usually folks would have to create the shortcut themselves, after deciding where to place the EXE (if they know how)
